The staff is always friendly, helpful, upbeat and professional. Katie handled my prework before I saw Dr. Hammes - she was superb. Devin has done my prework on some of my other appointments. He didn't have me as a patient this time, but he greeted me by name and asked how I was doing. Dr. Hammes is always very positive and upbeat - he has a great bedside manner. I'm thankful and glad to have him as my optometrist.
